We are delighted to share that the Emily Whitehead Foundation is the 2020 recipient of the Stem Cell and Regenerative Medicine Action Awards Inspiration Award!

On the evening of January 23, we had the honor to attend the 2020 Stem Cell and Regenerative Medicine Action Awards ceremony, hosted by the World Stem Cell Summit at the Hyatt Regency in Miami in partnership with Advanced Therapies Week.

The Emily Whitehead Foundation was selected as one of four honorees recognized at the awards dinner, which also included the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Gift of Life Marrow Registry, and Ret. Major General Bernard “Burn” Loeffke, PhD (US Military).

We are incredibly thankful to the Regenerative Medicine Foundation (RMF), with special thanks to Executive Director of RMF and founder of the World Stem Cell Summit Bernard Siegel for the nomination, and to Phacilitate for donating a portion of award dinner ticket sales to the Emily Whitehead Foundation. We are so appreciative of the generosity of both organizations!

Thank you also to our friends at GE Healthcare for joining us – with special thanks to Phil Vanek for his kind & inspiring words of congratulations during the program. Our team had a wonderful evening!
