Volunteers are the heart and SOLE of marathon events, so please gather your family, friends and co-workers and sign up to help out. Whether you distribute bibs, staff a water station or hand out coveted finisher medals, there are indoor and outdoor volunteer roles for anyone who wants to participate.

3. Scroll down and choose your distance
4. Fill out registration and select Emily Whitehead Foundation for your charity of choice!
