Champion Partner — $25,000+

Supports 100+ patients

Impact Partner — $10,000

Supports 50 patients

• Option to support multiple local hospitals (based on availability)

• Optional Speaker Engagement – Host a powerful talk by an EWF-connected patient advocate who shares their firsthand experience and the importance of patient-driven support networks

Community Partner — $5,000

Supports 25 patients

Sustaining Partner — $2,500+
