Planning Committees
Committees
- Fundraising: Responsible for securing sponsorships, silent auction, and raffle
- Event Production: Responsible for virtual program run of show, coordination of interviews, special guests, and entertainment
- Family Relations: Responsible for being point of contact for pediatric cancer families, and planning family activities
- Hospitality / Activities: Responsible for event registrations, and collection/distribution of activity boxes and gifts for attendees
- Communications: Responsible for event marketing materials, social media, and communications with guests

Volunteer Time Commitment
Time commitment for committee leader:
- 1 hour evening meetings every other week with the other committee leaders and event chair
- Meetings with the committee members on your team, as needed
- Approx. 2-5 hours per week for additional committee action items/responsibilities
Time commitment for committee member:
- 1 hour meetings with committee leader, as scheduled by committee leader
- Approx. 1-3 hours per week for additional committee action items/responsibilities
Please keep in mind that time commitments could vary as the event date approaches.
